p90x progress

Day four of my p90x work outs. I'm so sore that  I can barely move. No worries though :) Started with Kenpo, it's a certain kind of Karate and it's so fun!! It says it's supposed to be a cardio work out but i felt it in my shoulders and back the most. The next day was X-stretch. Talk about relaxing .. well maybe not if your Ethan who is as flexible as petrified wood... He did this one with me and you couldn't hear what Tony was saying over Ethan's groans.. lol... Tony Horton is the guy who invented p90x. I'd give anything for him to personal train me one on one. He's amazing. I feel like he is my trainer already and is very helpful and encouraging I almost gave up yesterday and he said put the remote down boys and girls we ain't done yet. If your tired hit pause and cool it but don't you dare turn this us off. Then yesterday I did legs and back then ab ripper X. When I tried doing these when I first got the discs I couldn't get through it. I gave up. But yesterday, ya it took me two hours to actually get through the one. And ya I stopped for a half hour to talk to Tasha, but I finished it :) and my oh my was it tough. The Ab ripper is hard too. Even if it's 17mins long. He doesn't let you take breaks between the moves. But I don't think I worked hard enough on that one because my abs don't really hurt. Dang.. Today i'm going to do cardio X. I'm really good at cardio so i'm not worried :) P90x. I hate it. But I love it. :)

Movin on up, Movin on out

Many a thing is happening in like the next few days. Ethan has officially quit Andrus Towing for good. (thank heavens) I start my new job on Monday. Super nervous but super excited! More work means more money! And more money mean new clothes and a big screen! Whoop whoop! Also we are moving out of the horrible horrible mud pit we've called a yard on Wednesday. Sure it's going to be more expensive but hey where we're moving  we get free satellite TV, free water, sewage, laundry and the best part about it.... IT'S ALL ON CONCRETE AND GRASS!!! :D now i can let my puppy out without fearing that she's going to roll in the mud. Only down side is, is that I can't do my P90x without shaking the whole trailer and I'm actually going to be around people now who can see that. So I have to figure out where the hell I'm going to work out! I asked the golds gym here if I could just come and use one of their rooms. They said "sure! It's going to be 20 dollars an hour every time you come in" Eff. That. No thanks. I rather run up hill in the freezing snow for two hours than pay you people forty dollars everyday so I can come do my work outs! Oh how I wish I still lived by Planet fitness...

Cruise Paradise

We are going on a honey moon to the Bahamas :D We were thinking about going in June, but we found out that Tasha is coming at the end of June first of July. So Ethan's mom suggested we go for our first anniversary. Which was genius! I looked up prices and they are almost half! I know your thinking, well duh! it's because it's in the fall... Well it took me a minute to realize that so hush... And the less we spend on the tickets and the plane tickets the more we can spend on the spa, and other junk! :D So anyways I started looking at different prices and different cruise line. Ethan's friend/boss told me that he went on the Royal Caribbean a few times and that it was the best ones he's ever been on. (he's from Hawaii so the ocean is where he pretty much spent a third of his life) Plus if we go in October we can get a sea side view instead of the interior room. I hear that the propellers wake you up every time they start up and you can hear the anchor drop every morning if your in the interior rooms. So I think this will be the best option! Plus they have an adults only deck! Whoop! That means no kids splashing, parents yelling for kids to quit running, or kids screaming. Perfect! Now if i could just get skinny enough to get a Victoria secret swim suit. Expensive? yes. Did my stomach look horrible in it? yes. But! on the plus side, my boobs looked AMAZING in it! So it's what my goal is this year!! To be swimsuit worthy by the time October hits! Time to break out the p90x! I've already been doing the arms and legs and they make it so I can't move for three days after that but it works! I actually met someone that just got done with it and they looked incredible! I thought okay you look good but what did you look like before... She was huge. And i'm not saying that as an insult, she even said it herself. She was huge. She said it took her a little more than 90 days because she hadn't really worked out in over three years, so she is interested in what i'm going to look like at the end. Time to get back in my old work out ways! Woohoo! :D

Our Puppy

We got a new puppy named Sadie in December.  She is the cutest thing ever and she really helps me and Ethan's relationship in really weird ways.  But the down side to her is that she knows she is cute and she uses it to her advantage. Everyone swoons at her cute little wrinkly head, her floppy ears and her "innocent" personality. I've only met one person that didn't squeal at the sight of her (and sadly it's not my father-in-law). He squeals every time she walks in the door. But who wouldn't right? :) She is a blessing though. I have trail for kids. and she keeps me busy. Only difference is that I can lock her in a cage when I go out... lol :) We love her dearly.

Horrible cook

The things I liked about being single are that I didn't have to worry about eating anything if I didn't want to, being able to eat at work, and not spending money on food.  Now that I'm married that's all changed... My husband eats like a pro athlete. All. The. Time.(If all his muscle he has stays, I say eat away!) So I've had not only how to figure out a food budget, but to actually make something from the food when I've brought it home.. Thank heavens Ethan is a patient man. I've made three things this week and they all tasted foul... Determining to be crafty I just keep hoping up and dusting myself off after the foods knock me down..(one of them could probably have taken down an adult if chucked) ugh. Hopefully before our first anniversary I can be successful at making things that haven't come out of the box.

Sucked into the madness

I hate having to call several people everyday and just got married so i thought I'd follow in the footsteps of my sister and her sister-in-law. I'm starting a blog! ^_^
